Tradition, simplicity, and quietude are the hallmarks of this traditional village house. Situated in the beautiful village of Dyo Choria, this old family home is ideal for guests looking for basic accommodation, outstanding view, village atmosphere, and peace and quiet. The house is located off the central path, which runs through the village, and on the side overlooking the countryside and the sea, away from the main road.
There are three bedrooms, each with double bed, and two with ceiling fans. The large living and dining room is traditionally furnished with dark antique-style pieces and has new terra cotta floors and air conditioning. The kitchen is old fashioned, but functional, with a separate exit to the veranda. The indoor bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink; there is also an outdoor bathroom with shower and toilet, located just off the veranda.
The house is perfect for families who are looking to live a village life and who are not interested in all the modern frills found in most standard tourist accommodation. There is an excellent village taverna on the main road, and the public bus to town passes by a few times a day.
