Situated just far enough above the Village of Triandaros so as to maximize its view, and connected to the village by a small footpath, this modern, stone-built villa offers outstanding vistas over the countryside and to the sea, and features an outstanding level of quiet, conducive to peaceful and relaxing holidays.
There is a large veranda at the entrance to the villa, just outside the fully equipped kitchen. The veranda is covered by a pergola and features plenty of space for outdoor dining. The kitchen itself is a dream, with full size stainless steel fridge and a large four-burner cooker with oven. The kitchen workspace is intelligently laid out, with plenty of cupboards for storage, and over the double sink is a window with a view! There is an open-plan dining area and living room, with a beautiful stone fireplace and French doors leading to the veranda. On this floor is also a handy half-bath, with shower.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with double bed and plenty of storage space. The master bedroom also has a large veranda covered with a pergola and featuring a great view. The second bedroom is without veranda, but has two windows with front and side views offering plenty of light. Off the entrance hall is a modern, spacious bath with shower stall.
There is a large unfinished space in the basement, which could be used as a playroom. Parking is available off the main road, on the small access road to the villa. A nearly identical semi-detached villa next door can also be rented, and together the two villas can accommodate extended families or groups of friends of up to 10 persons in total.
