Situated just steps away from the town center on a large private property, this turn-of-the-century stone-built bungalow offers a wonderful view of the entrance to the harbor of Tinos Town from its sheltered veranda. Set in quiet garden surroundings, the bungalow consists of two rooms. The bedroom has heat/air conditioning, a large wardrobe and a double bed. There is an eat-in kitchen with a two ring/oven cooker, fridge, table and chairs with garden view, plus all the necessary utensils. Off the kitchen is a small bathroom with a shower, toilet and hand basin. The front veranda has a large worktable, two chairs, small color TV, and an expansive sea view. It is enclosed for year-round use, with two large windows that open to let in the sea breeze. This is an ideal accommodation for clients looking to be right near all of the restaurants, tavernas and shops of the town, yet have their own self-catering facilities and a great sea view.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything except beach towels. There is cleaning and change of linens once a week.
