This very comfortable complex actually consists of two separate buildings, both just 60 meters from the sea. The older, original complex, called the Annex, has a total of 8 self-catering studios and two-bedroom apartments, complete with air conditioning, kitchenette, color television, and private bath. All rooms have been refurbished and are smartly styled. The rooms have either front or side partial sea views, with either balcony or veranda. Another feature is the advantage of a pretty, well-landscaped garden area.
The newer building houses 11 studios for 2 to 3 persons each, all with kitchenette unit, large modern baths, and balcony or veranda with either some sea view, or beautiful mountain view. Every studio is beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings and very tasteful accessories. Of course, they are all equipped with air conditioning, television, and telephone, and have the added convenience of Internet access. Two of the studios have double beds; two of the smallest have private balcony with mountain view, and can share a sea view veranda; perfect for two couples traveling together.
Both buildings are near the sea, with good access to the public bus, the mini market, and tavernas and restaurants along the beachfront. There is a lovely small reception area in the new building, and private parking is available for both buildings.
